Data Deletion

You can stop Crumb Trail's access to Instagram and request removal of Instagram-derived information at any time.

Disconnect Instagram

1. Sign in to Crumb Trail.
2. Open Settings, then Connections.
3. Choose Disconnect for the Instagram account.

Disconnecting revokes the stored credential and prevents future synchronization. Independently authored workspace structure is retained unless you also request deletion.

Delete Instagram-derived data

Remove Crumb Trail from your connected apps in Meta Accounts Center, or email getcrumbtrail@gmail.com from the address associated with your Crumb Trail invitation. Meta-originated deletion requests receive an opaque confirmation code and status page.

Delete your complete Crumb Trail account

Email getcrumbtrail@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Crumb Trail account.” We will verify ownership, revoke connected providers, and remove the workspace according to our operational deletion process.

Timing

Automated provider-data requests are queued immediately. Most complete promptly, but complex workspaces and backup-retention controls may require additional time. A confirmation-status page reports queued, processing, completed, or failed state without exposing private account details.
