Terms of Use

These terms govern participation in the Crumb Trail creator pilot. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be invited, provide accurate account information, and keep access to your email and connected accounts secure. You may connect only accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

Do not use Crumb Trail to scrape unrelated accounts, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious material, bypass security controls, or publish unlawful or misleading claims. Access may be suspended to protect creators, platforms, or the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and edits. You grant Crumb Trail a limited permission to process, store, display, and export that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, disclosures, attribution, and public claims before publication.

Third-party services

Instagram, Meta, maps, email, hosting, and AI processing are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside Crumb Trail's control. Crumb Trail does not promise uninterrupted access to a provider API.

Pilot service

The pilot is provided as available and may change as we learn from creators. To the extent permitted by law, Crumb Trail is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from pilot use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may disconnect providers or request account deletion at any time. Crumb Trail may end pilot access for misuse or operational reasons and will provide reasonable data-retrieval options when practical.
